A “pizzeria” is a pizza restaurant. “Pizzarrhea” (pizza + diarrhea) is a jocular portmanteau word about getting “pizza shits.”
“What do you get when you eat a prune pizza? Pizzarrhea!” was printed in a 2007 book. “Pizzarrhea” was entered in the Urban Dictionary on August 17, 2007.
