“Where there’s a will there’s a way” is an old proverb. “Where there’s a whisk, there’s a way” is a cooking variation that has been printed on many images.
 
“Where there’s a whisk, there’s a way” was printed in a 2004 newspaper caption, but the saying became popular from 2012 and 2013. “Where There’s a Whisk, There’s a Way! <----- Potential names for my new cookbook where I ruin recipes from other cookbooks" was posted on Twitter on March 27, 2012.
