“Wonton” spelled backwards is “notnow” (‘not now”).
   
This is sometimes made into a joke that women—especially Jewish women—like to avoid having sex. “Here is a joke I heard from Jews in New York City in the 1983: Why is a Jewish American Princess like wonton? [Answer]: Because it spells not now backwards” was printed in the Jewish Language Review (1983). “@jlojlo: LOL- Harvard did a study on why Jewish women like Chinese food so much. Hey Reddit, just noticed this spelling “Won Ton” backwards yields “Not Now”. Don’t know about you guys, but it is always Wonton time at my house.
