“Why should you be afraid of a white man in prison?” (prison joke)

Black males are disproportionately arrested and jailed in the United States, leading to the prison joke:

Q: Why should you be afraid of a white man in prison?
A: Because you know he’s guilty.

“Remember to avoid the white guy in prison- he’s guilty” was cited on Twitter on July 17, 2014. “Why should you be afraid of a white man in prison? Because you know he’s guilty” was posted on Reddit on October 31, 2015.
