This is now two Christmas trips in a row that WestJet has ruined my holidays. All WestJet employees have shares in the company, and as such are owners. They claim that #ownerscare but with my experiences, #ownerswantprofitandcouldcareless.

Hey @westjet, I bought a Premium seat for an extra $240, I got a white vinyl headrest, crackers and hummus and a baby crying and kicking the back of my seat for 1.5 hrs.  Not seeing the value! #westjetsucks #worstjet #worstbiztravel
