“You can be as polite as you want. The state will still fucking kill you”

“YOU CAN BE AS POLITE AS YOU WANT. THE STATE WILL STILL FUCKING KILL YOU” (shown on an image) was posted on Twitter by Colorado Marxist on November 5, 2020. It’s uncertain who originated the image.

The saying means that the state (government) is violent to all of its followers. No matter how kind and obedient one is to the state (such as by paying taxes and following all laws), the state will do whatever it wants.
