“You can’t just leave those who created the problem in charge of the solution” is a saying that has been printed on many images. The quote applies to both government and business.

Community Control, Affirmative Action, and the Construction Industry (2010), edited by David Golberg and Trevor Griffey. The underground newspaper Seattle Flag of July 5, 1972, was cited. Tyree Scott (1940-2003) was a leader of the United Construction Workers Association.
