“People with 𝚋𝚛𝚘𝚠𝚗 𝚎𝚢𝚎𝚜 still have ocean eyes. It’s just Galveston water” is a saying that has been printed on many images. “Ocean eyes” usually means blue eyes. The joke is that the ocean water around Galveston is brown.
