“Move It Monday” is an exercise saying that has been printed on many images. “Move It Monday: has been cited in print since at least 2005 and 2008.
Move It Monday (MoveItMonday.org), a part of The Monday Campaigns (MondayCampaigns.org), popularized “Move It Monday” in 2010.
The Monday Campaigns
The Monday Campaigns is a non-profit public health initiative associated with Johns Hopkins, Columbia and Syracuse universities that dedicates the first day of every week to health.
