Move It Monday

“Move It Monday” is an exercise saying that has been printed on many images. “Move It Monday: has been cited in print since at least 2005 and 2008.
Move It Monday (MoveItMonday.org), a part of The Monday Campaigns (MondayCampaigns.org), popularized “Move It Monday” in 2010.
The Monday Campaigns
The Monday Campaigns is a non-profit public health initiative associated with Johns Hopkins, Columbia and Syracuse universities that dedicates the first day of every week to health. Every Monday, individuals and organizations join together to commit to the healthy behaviors that can help end chronic preventable diseases.
Move It Monday
MoveIt Monday is an international campaign which encourages people of all fitness levels to get moving each week starting on Mondays.
