February 14th is not baseball season—not even spring training—but the joke is still popular on Valentine’s Day. “For her birthday my girlfriend told me she wanted to see a diamond. So i took her to see a baseball game” was posted on Twitter on March 23, 2012. “My buddy promised his girlfriend a diamond for Valentine’s Day.
