“ALL PETS AND SOME CHILDREN MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH” (shown on a sign) was posted on eBaum’s World on December 21, 2020, and on Facebook by Ho’oki Pa on September 9, 2022. It’s not known who made the sign.
