“Between a rock and a weird place” (Pflugerville, near Round Rock and Austin)

The city of Pflugerville is near the cities of Austin (whose famous slogan is “Keep Austin Weird”) and Round Rock. In 2007, t-shirts were printed in Pflugerville with the slogan “Between a rock and a weird place.”
Pflugerville (a name some simply as P-ville) does have an official slogan: “Where Quality Meets Life.”

As for Pflugerville, I don’t know anything, besides they just came up with their “motto” on t-shirts for the city and it goes “Pflugerville… Between a rock and a weird place”.
