“Can I think of any red wine puns? You bet Shiraz I can”

Shiraz wine is often mentioned in the pun “You bet Shiraz!” (“You bet your ass!”) that has been cited in print since at least the 1990s. The pun has been printed on many images.
“You Bet Shiraz” was used as a wine name in 2004. “Wine Sign Saying ‘Do I Want a Glass of Wine, You Bet Shiraz’” was posted on Twitter on November 10, 2016. “Can I think of any red wine puns? You bet Shiraz I can” was posted on Reddit—Jokes on September 6, 2017.
Wikipedia: Shiraz wine
Shiraz refers to two types of wine, sometimes incorrectly considered the same. In the modern world, it is a style of Syrah. Historically the name refers to the wine produced around the city of Shiraz in Iran, known by the 9th century for producing the finest wine from the Near East. Modern-world Shiraz wine is best known as produced in Australia and South Africa, but it also refers to a style of Syrah produced in some other countries. It is well known for its strength, slightly sweet taste and being full bodied, rich and high in alcohol. The modern Shiraz grape has been shown as identical to Syrah and originating in southeast France, with no connection to Iran.
Australian Shiraz typically, has blackberry, plum and pepper flavours and there are often additional notes of licorice, bitter chocolate and mocha. But after bottle ageing secondary flavours such as leather and truffle can also appear.

This wine has an obvious double pun, especially for Las Vegas. When pronounced in any English accent, You Bet Shiraz could easily be the exclamation one is tempted to blurt out upon tasting this delicious offering from south Australia.
You Bet Shiraz just won a gold medal at the prestigious San Francisco International Wine Competition. Earlier this year, at the charity auction for UNLVino, the giant local wine tasting, one case of You Bet Shiraz went for $450.
