“*drinks water with lemon* This is going to fix everything” is a jocular saying that has been printed on many images. The lemon slice/wedge that is added to water in some restaurants does not necessarily mean that one is suddenly living a healthy lifestyle.

This is going to fix everything” was posted on X/Twitter by K✨ on July 18, 2017. “*drinks water with lemon* this is going to fix everything” was posted on X/Twitter by brian (and others) on January 18, 2018. The saying was probably popularized by a Facebook image on this day.
