Muffington Post (Huffington Post nickname)

The Huffington Post was started on May 9, 2005, by Arianna Huffington and others. The website features liberal/progressive news and opinion.
The nickname Muffington Post (possibly from “muff,” meaning to make a mistake) has been cited in print since at least May 2007. The conservative blog Doug Ross & Journal has used “Muffington Host” on October 22, 2010 and “Muffington Coast” on October 26, 2010.
Other nicknames of The Huffington Post include “Huff Poop,” “Puffington Host,” “Huffington Puffington Compost,”  “Huffing Paint Post” and “Huffington Joke.” Another nickname of The Huffington Post (“Huff Po”) has been “Puff Ho” (since at least July 2005).
Wikipedia: HuffPost
HuffPost (formerly The Huffington Post and sometimes abbreviated HuffPo) is a liberal American news and opinion website and blog that now has both localized and international editions. It was founded in 2005 by Andrew Breitbart, Arianna Huffington, Kenneth Lerer, and Jonah Peretti. The site offers news, satire, blogs, and original content and covers politics, business, entertainment, environment, technology, popular media, lifestyle, culture, comedy, healthy living, women’s interests, and local news.
The Huffington Post was launched on May 9, 2005, as a liberal commentary outlet, blog and an alternative to news aggregators such as the Drudge Report, and it continues to maintain a politically liberal stance. On February 7, 2011, AOL acquired The Huffington Post for US$315 million, making Arianna Huffington editor-in-chief of The Huffington Post Media Group.

A sample conversation…
DB: I’ll tell you the one (besides you two) that really bugs the hell out of me and that is Arianna Huffington. She literally marries into her citizenship, divorces for millions and now runs a character assassination site calling the Muffington Post, I mean, the Huffington Post.

Josh Silver, president of the ill-named FreePress, proves—without a shadow of a scintilla of a doubt—that he is a flat-out totalitarian nut
So much for free speech. The Left, it would appear, really doesn’t support the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the Tenth Amendment, or the Constitution, for that matter.
Josh Silver, president of the ill-named FreePress, proves—without a shadow of a scintilla of a doubt—that he is a flat-out totalitarian nut. Writing at the Muffington Host, which I’m guessing is also funded by George Soros, Silver decries the Constitution.
